Privacy policy

1. Personal information items to collect
The company collects personal information such as the following to recruit talented people.
ο When applying for employment :
Name, nationality, date of birth, sex, resident registration number, password, home phone number, home address, mobile phone number, email, ID photo, marital status, religion, education, career, military service, family members, IT competency, certificate, school and social activities, language, physical information, cover letter
ο How to collect personal information :
Home company collects personal information through homepage (application form).

2. Purposes of collection and use of personal information
The company uses the collected personal information only for recruitment.

3. Matters concerning the installation, operation and rejection of automatic collection of personal information
The company operates 'cookies' that store and find your information from time to time. Cookies are small text files that are sent to your browser by the server used to run company's web site and are stored on computer's hard disk. The company uses cookies for the following purposes.
ο The target marketing and personalized service providers has the option to install cookies through analyzing the purpose of use of cookies, frequency of visiting members and non-members, visiting time, etc., understanding the user's taste and interest, traceability, and participation in various events. Therefore, you may allow all cookies by setting options in your web browser, check each time a cookie is saved, or refuse to save all cookies.
ο ο How to decline cookie setting (example) As a method of refusing cookie setting, you can either accept all cookies, check every time you save cookies, or refuse to store all cookies by selecting the option in your web browser.
Example of setting method (for Internet explorer) :
Tools> Internet Options> Personal information
However, if you refuse to install cookies, it may be difficult to provide services.

4. Retention and use period of personal information
Basically, after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the information is destroyed without delay. However, the following information will be retained for the period specified below for the following reasons.
Retention items : Name, nationality, date of birth, sex, resident registration number, password, home phone number, home address, mobile phone number, email, ID photo, marital status, religion, educational background, military service, family members, school and external activities, language, physical information, cover letter
Retention grounds : document management regulations
Retention period : 3 years

5. Procedures and methods of destroying personal information
Basically, after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the information is discarded without delay. The procedure and method of discarding are as follows.
ο Discarding procedure
The information entered by the member for the recruitment is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is accomplished (in the case of paper, separate document box). According to the internal policy and other relevant laws and regulations, those are saved and discarded for a certain period. Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any other purpose other than that prescribed by law.

Personal information stored in the form of electronic files is deleted using a technical method that cannot be redone.

6. Providing personal information
In principle, the company does not provide the user's personal information outside of the company. However, there are exceptions as follows.
- When users have agreed in advance
- In accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, or for the purpose of investigation, if the investigation agency is required by the procedures and methods prescribed in the Act.

7. Commitment of collected personal information
The company will not entrust your information to outside companies without your consent. In the event that such a need arises in the future, we will notify the customer of the entrusted person and the details of the entrusted business, and will receive prior consent, if necessary.

8. Rights of users and legal representatives and how to exercise them
You may view or modify your registered personal information at any time and may request retraction. If you contact the person in charge of personal information management in writing, by phone or e-mail, we will take action without delay.
If you request correction of errors in your personal information, we will not use or provide the personal information until we have completed the correction. Also, in the case that you have already provided incorrect personal information to a third party.
The company treats personal information that has been terminated or deleted at the user's request as described in "Retention and Use Period of Personal Information Collected by the Company" and is prohibited from being viewed or accessed for other purposes.
